Area Sales Manager (Abu Dhabi)

Our client is recognised globally for luxury brands and quality products within the automotive sector and is currently seeking an exceptional individual to join the automotive team as the Senior After-Sales Manager. In this exciting, challenging role, you will be responsible for the setup of a business plan to guarantee the profitability and growth of the spare parts and service departments. Ensuring that customer satisfaction is continually sustained and brought to the highest possible level by implementing a customer complaints process will also fall under your responsibilities, along with managing and motivating a team of workshop personnel. The setup of standard operating policies and procedures, supervision of the warranty and policy administration and reporting to senior management on all operations whilst making recommendations on solutions and strategies will be some of the additional challenges of this role. The successful candidate will have 10 – 15 years experience in an automotive after-sales position, of which 5 – 8 years should be in the capacity of a Manager. You will hold an engineering degree from a reputed university, have outstanding communication skills and be totally computer literate.
