HR Manager (KSA)

HR Managers required in Saudi Arabia.
Job Description:Responsible for planning and executing a human resources management strategy to support the overall business plan and strategic direction of the Company in the following HR areas: workforce planning, recruitment and selection, change management, performance management, competency management, training and development, succession planning, and compensation management, Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business objectives, Manage and perform the selection, appointment, and retention of the Company's personnel,Work directly with department managers to assist them in carrying out their responsibilities on HR and administration matters.
Strong leadership, organizational, scheduling, and resource planning skills, Advanced HR skills, HR professional certification is an advantage ,Speaks English fluently. Arabic speakers would be preferred.
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor degree in Business Administration, or closely related field, Minimum of 7 years of experience in a management position in HR department
