DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Continually reviews the market in the Kingdom in order to identify new prospects and appropriate sales forecast

Develops realistic sales forecasts annually, identifying current and/or new business and support needed

Develops plans to secure existing accounts and attract new customers, identifying support needs including information, demonstrations or other assistance needed to obtain this business

Understands and keeps updated on company product range and recommends improvements to grow sales and meets customer needs

Meets with major clients to ensure prosperous relationship, presents products, negotiates and closes deals

Reviews and reconciles the regional sales annual budget and submits for Managing Director approval; monitors sales departments’ adherence to the approved budget

Prepares periodical sales reports and market trend analysis

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 10 Years Experience in managerial position in Automotive Parts Sales

Analytical and financial aptitude

High level of leadership team building skills, decision making and problem solving

High level of leadership team building skills, decision making and problem solving

35 – 45 Years of age

Basic Salary start with 12000 SR
