Sales Manager (UAE)

Load Systems International Inc has an immediate opening for a Middle East Sales Manager.
LSI is the market leading manufacturer/distributor of wireless crane indicator technology used on land/marine/offshore cranes, container cranes, gantry cranes and lifting equipment.We invest heavily in R&D; this is reflected in our product offering, features and market penetration.
The selected candidate will inherit a diverse territory and customer base. LSI has been active in The Middle East for the past 8 years. We have an office-warehouse in the Sharjah, UAE SAIF Zone.
The ideal candidate should possess following experience and background:
•Minimum of 5-years technical field sales experience
•5 or more years experience within the crane industry. Knowledge of craning technology and crane customers/applications in The Middle East
•Proven skills for cold calling, order closing and long term customer management
•Ability to travel up to 50% of each month
•Knowledge of the offshore and land oil environment would be an asset
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Outlook products
•Effective competency using a computer
•Self starter personality, with the ability to work with minimal supervision
•Strong presentation skills
•Experience in working with a western companies business ideology
•Ability to effectively manage a distribution network, in addition to direct selling
•Proven ability to meet or exceed an assigned sales quota
•Experience in utilizing a CRM contact management database
